As the title says. I walk up to the elevator at embers, get the prompt that it's the point of no return. I press continue, enter the elevator but it just says "OFF". I've tried waiting, going to different areas and waiting more, doing other missions, reloading past saves. Very very frustrating bug, gone all this way through the story just to not be able to finish it. Very disappointed, especially to see nobody addressing this.
