Can't change clothes, get message that action's blocked. How can I get it unblocked? Thanks in advance
Are you perhaps wearing a full-body quest suit? Like Militech suit or Diving suit or Netrunning suit?
If not, try save and restart, if doesn't help, load earlier save, if doesn't work either, I believe there are some extra tricks to resolve that. (Which I can't remember at this moment.)

I'm wearing the Diving suit. It has an exclamation mark by the suit. I've tried to remove the suit but haven't been successful.
This is a bug. Either reload earlier save without wet suit or find a quest called Sweet Dreams and go with what you are sold. Once that mission starts you shouldn't be wearing wet suit anymore.
