Cars and motorbikes cannot be called. The game I bought is the original without any mods.
There's also some crazy music somewhere.
The game is now very broken, why full of weapons, if they can't be modified.
Why so many clothes that are worn out?

Yeah, happens sometimes. Reload the save, always fixed it for me.

Have you tried moving to a different spot to call you vehicle? I think there may be some kind of glitch where certain spots won't let you call a car/bike. Usually if I move across the street of up the block, it works again. Hopefully that helps if you haven't tried already.

I tried to update the game again and the purchased cars can now be imported
