Character creation is bad

+
Character customization was 60% of this games hype for me and it's just so truly bad. Really hope it gets the free dlc it deserves.

Problem is it's all presets and no sliders. I was really looking forward to a monster factory with this game.

Preach. I want to make my eyes bigger, my chin not recessed and I want my sweet baby brother Griffin to create an utter monstrosity.

While I'd enjoy having more customisation control, I was able to easily make a character I love the look of.

My only problem with the character creator is the inability to end up with a muscular character. I'm not talking about different body height, but just different body types, or 'builds' so to speak. I'd like some muscles if that's what I want to go with (or athletic, it doesn't have to look like a body builder). A lot of NPCs in the game are actually very athletic or have obvious muscle mass. But V is just very generic.

So yeah different body types (without changing the height) should be possible.

The most likely culprit is clothing.

Body slider freedom needs to accommodate every item of clothing in the game. There are soooooo many.

NPCs with different body types probably either had their clothing tailored just for them or was drawn from a more limited pool of clothing than players have.

With body slider freedom I wouldn't have chosen exactly his current body type. But it's good enough for me.
