Issue:
If you craft an item, say MaxDoc Mk.3, you sometimes cannot dismantle the item unless you save and reload. The keybind to dismantle is hidden but you can still hover over the item and invoke command--just it will not actually dismantle.
This may have to do with the game having to catch up with any experience gain outside the inventory menu (e.g. notify the player of a crafting level increase or apply any perk bonuses) but could be unrelated.
