CYBERPSYCHO SIGHTING SEASIDE CAFE BUG

I've been trying to do the seaside cafe mission many times but I can't complete it because as soon as I defeat the cyberpsycho (woman) it says I need to check her and find a note but it doesn't appear, I'm stuck, what can I do?

I've been trying to do the seaside cafe mission many times but I can't complete it because as soon as I defeat the cyberpsycho (woman) it says I need to check her and find a note but it doesn't appear, I'm stuck, what can I do?

She don't have a shard in her inventory after defeating her ?
(with an epic Overture if I remember)

Also have a bug here. Have already searched her body yet it doesn’t mark it searched. Cannot complete the quest and get the shard either.

In general, with bugs of that kind its usually best to load a previous save game (ideally somewhere at the start of the quest) and try again.
