Cyberpun7 2077 image issue - after entering the game, only sound can be heared, image is torned

Hi Expert,

I newly installed Cyberpunk2077 game. after entering the game, only sound can be heared, however image is torned.
My cpu is AMD 3600X, Graphics card is AMD RX580 8G. Memory is 16G.
Is it because VC++ library is missing?
