Attached a picture above of what is happening, but basically that dialogue box with Takamura will not go away. Tried to call him on the phone, talk to him again in person and continue doing missions but nothing. Also tried reloading a save file and reloading the game but nothing. Playing on PS5. Since the box is there and you have to hit square to pick up items, I have to start the dialogue and then while it is happening pick up items or do other things that require the square button.
Anyone ever come across this before? Don't have a previous save to go to because all the autosaves are after this occurred. Thanks.
