Down on the street wait a day for takemura call

I have missions where I have to wait and they will call me, but no matter how long I wait I don't get any calls, I tried almost everything I could find but nothing helped

Since 2.1 re-introduced bugs from the past it might be one of them... there were several threads over several patches where people said that story character or fixer just didnt call for progression... some of them have been fixable by sleeping in an apartment, triggering cutscenes like joytoys, running sidequests, clean installs, verifying game data, or other workarounds - its hard to tell or give suggestions with no info about your platform or knowing what "almost everthing i could find" means.... : /

Same here. It is unfathomable to me that they have known about this bug for three years and still haven't fixed it. I am not starting the game over that is fucking ridiculous. Genuinely wish we could still get refunds.
