does anyone know which one of the installation files contains data about the different perks and how to edit/mod them?
I want to change cold blood from 2% movement speed increase at all lvls. to 4% on lvl 2 and 6% on lvl 3, to make cold blood more usefull/balanced for my personal taste, because i find the 2% MS (even at 5 stacks its only 10% increased movement speed) is pretty much insignificant, with 6% (and 5 Stacks) it would have 30% increased MS and would be much more usefull (and balanced imo).
