Like others I experience a LOT of visual glitches: flickering billboards, weird lighting, white "shades", etc.
I found that by disabling RT reflections, you avoid a lot of these problems. Still got some flickering billboards from a distance but it's way better.
RT became broken and it's a shame.
So, il you play with a RTX 30XX GPU and got issues since the last patch, give this a try.
I don't know if AMD users are experiencing the same troubles. if they do, then CDRP should solve the issue with a hotfix, if not, well let's wait for new drivers from Nvidia.
