Fast Traveling to Hierarch Square from a different region spawns Geralt behind the signpost

When fast travelling to the Hierarch Square marker in Novigrad from a different region (Kaer Morhen, Skellige, etc.), Geralt will spawn behind the signpost instead of in front.

This doesn't seem to happen when fast travelling to Hierarch Square from a signpost in Novigrad/Velen. I'm not sure if this bug happens with any other signposts/regions, but it should be pretty easy to reproduce if it does

I always wondered why it wasn't consistent, never noticed that it always happens when traveling from a different region

This was reproduced in 4.04 on Steam, no mods
