Fatal bug with the quest " Second skin"

When you connect your personal port to the computer (to get access to the car) - animation occurs, but the character freezes and nothing is activated.

I have another problem with this quest.
The car is under floor (textures)
I tried to load old saves but this car still there
Wanted to complete all quest, hope for patch.
