As the title says.
Some times when exiting the map or inventory & sometime the scanner I get a either ghosting or stutter its like old frames remaining, my fps doesn't drop when this happens.
To fix I have to flick the scanner on/off or go back into map or inventory let it sit there for a few seconds then exit back into game, if that dont work alt tabbing some time does the trick.
Have game capped at 70fps on high textures, medium lod all other settings on low
