Funny thought about some cyberware bugs

I just saw a report that one of the cyberdecks isn't working properly.

And though I agree, it's a bug and should be fixed... it also occurred to me that perhaps you could also see it as an in-universe bug (such as that Mr Stud release), where the advertising promises one thing, and the reality is another.

Then I wondered if any games actually do this on purpose?

Could be fun for a low quality, low price cyberware. "Disclaimer: the product might cause glitches", then again, money isn't exactly difficult to come by so I'd probably only use it for RP purposes.
