I was running through the Playing for Keeps gig at level 4. There are a lot of bad guys. I must have shot a civilian through a wall because the NCPD showed up. I hid behind a dumpster and basically shot through it and around it until I had killed them all. The three stars for my wanted warrant went away. I continued with the gig. But, there were no police bodies when I finished. Was it a glitch or do you think I might have successfully fended off the NCPD? Either was sweet.
