Gwent background screen is solid bright green, some cards are invisible

Started with Blood and Wine, I've tried playing multiple opponents with different decks, restarting, etc... Every game looks like this.

Before B+W it happened once in a while, maybe three times in the whole main game. Now it's every single game.

Attached photo, is this something I should bring to the official tech support? Makes Gwent unplayable.

EDIT: I went ahead and contacted their official support about it. I'd appreciate if anyone could give me a guideline on what to expect from their official tech support. Didn't get an email confirmation even.

It can take a few days until you get a reply from support. There‘s usually no confirmation mail. Make sure you also keep an eye on your spam folder, in case their reply ends up there for some reason.

If you haven‘t done that already, you could also try the first two steps that are suggested here:
