Hostile NPCs after "Gig: For My Son"

After completing both the "Beat on the Brat: Rancho Coronado" in Santo Domingo and "Gig: For My Son," NPCs become hostile when trying to engage with the Melee vendor. From doing some testing, it appears to be when I enter restricted areas which turn them hostile. I can bypass it by activating Cyberware Active Camo. However, there is no way to stop the hostile NPCs until I gun them down.

Is there a bug fix for this?

GIG: For My Son end in which way ?
(On my side, if I do it discreetly, KO all the enemies, the vendor is not hostile after. But if I start open fight in, there is no way, after, he's always hostile even if he's the only dude remaining in the area. He attack me as soon as he see me)
