I talked with Placide and then got the next part to meet with his men outside the mall. I went to do so, and when I got there, there was nothing there. At the time I didn't know if I had to get my other main story quest done or not, but regardless, I loaded a previous save and went back, still nothing. So I left and continued on playing and doing the other main mission hoping that was the fix. I went back and still nothing. I am guessing I will have to just do all the side missions waiting for another patch to roll out in order for it to spawn the NPC's with the van for me to continue playing. Anyone else had the same or similar issues?
