Inventory Bug, Cannot Loot or Buy anything better than green items

Hi all,

I can't pick up or buy any items better than green.
Everything disappears in the inventory. There is also no plus weight displayed.
This is very annoying, because I could once again lose a new save with more than 12 hours.
I have no mods installed.
Can someone please assist me with this problem?

Are you sure you're buying and picking up items, and not crafting specs?

Yes im sure. Bying Items or pick up things better than green, cannot shown in my inventory.
