Invisible rain

Hi, everybody installed some weather mods (weathermancer, weather probability balance) and now when it rains i just get sounds and different skybox (no effects). I have tried launching the game without mods enabled but it's still broken. any help would be appreciated.

EDIT. It was down to the config settings

You might have to perform a clean install of the game to be sure to remove all mod datas in the game files and fix your issue :

Well, first off, you can't simply remove these mods and expect things to go back to normal. Data has been altered and that may be permanently altered on any save you made after these mods were installed and, possibly, to files that will take effect even on save made prior to installing the mods. I'd suggest verifying files.

Secondly, I'd strongly suggest heading to the respective mods pages and look if there is any uninstall procedure to properly remove them. This can be on either the mod's main page or in the comments.

Note that all of the above may not fix your issue anyway and that, as @LeKill3rFou said, you may have to perform a clean install.
