Is CD Projekt Red ever thought making an open-world Blade Runner game?

You know, dark, gritty word, noir style, flying cars, streets with full of neon lights, deep and emotional stories (in form of main and side quests), Third Person camera, realistic and grounded gameplay, etc. It would be my favourite game of all time probably. Noone ever did a proper futuristic open world game before, it would be about damn time, and CD Projekt Red seems the best choice for a couple of reasons. Sorry about my English.

Yeah, I've seen the trailer back when it's released, I know about that game and I can't wait for it.
