CDPR did an amazing job with 2.0, since the game on 1.63 was having very bad screen tearing and jittery image all over the map. Now, it's fixed, like in about 90% of the cases, it's all buttery-smooth.
Except Kabuki area, the shanty town location, which even if you go on foot, or teleport to one of the data terms, it starts to lose consistency in terms of panning camera left/right. The frame rate does not drop, but the image is stuttering pretty intensely. Kind of the same behavior is noticed in the market across Jig-Jig Street, and in front of the H10 building where V has the original apartment. But Kabuki now is the worst culprit, and I remember that while on 1.63, that area didn't have problems... the irony, right?
Interestingly enough, if you travel to Kabuki, save the game there and then reload, the game is much more fluid in the shanty town, but after a few minutes the image starts to become inconsistent when moving camera about.
