keyboard not responding

so as you can see my keyboard is working but in game it does jack i started a new game character create no buttons work, when i get to game nothing cannot even press f, i think this patch screwed up something plz help

You didn't use mods before or something who can modifying the keybindings ?
So which platform ? Steam ? Gog ?
"Simple" update or fresh reinstalling ?

Maybe I find something, "maybe"

When you startup steam on the CLIENT computer (the one the game runs on), make sure you start it as ADMINISTRATOR.
It seems like if Steam isn't administrator, but the game runs as admin, then steam won't pass through the commands!

And maybe some clues here
