"Killing in the name" mission inactive router bug

The first time I got there, I climbed up, listened to johnny and scanned the area, but found nothing. I returned to this place after a long time and found a router, but I cannot activate it.

I'm in the same boat. I'm using a hacking Cyberthing but it's not even giving me the prompt to jack in. Quest is busted.

Reload the game before you talk to jonny and try it... worked on my 3rd reload..

There is no dialog with jonny, cuz he said everything. Now I need to hack router, but it doesnt work, thats all.
