Little Tokyo Achievement not unlocking?

Before you start a new save try skipping time 48 hours while your are in little tokyo, I had to do that for the final hustle to appear in watson.

Thank you. I have finished this achivement by starting a new game.
It looks like that starting a new game is only way to resolve the problem.

the Getting Warmer quest and Brendan's 2nd quest are still not fixed in the latest patch update (v1.1)

For Getting Warmer, I dont receive a call from the fixer when I approach the building and all of the doors are shut. All of the enemy inside the builder are dead also (snipered from outside)

Hopefully these bugs can be re-addressed and fixed in the next release

It's 2022 and I'm not sure what I've done wrong. Mind you, I haven't finished meeting with Takemura for the first time when I did all of the NCPD scanners and Gigs for Wakako.

So maybe some more things will appear later.

Yeah 2022 and the achievement is still not unlocking and just sits at 96%...

I know this may be a bit late but for anyone else having trouble with this trophy I think I just realized what the confusion could be. I had already maxed street credit to 50 and level was above 50 (Phantom Liberty DLC extends level cap to 60) before I rolled into Westbrooke to clear all the gigs and NCPD hustles. After clearing it all the trophy did not unlock hmmm that is when I came upon this tread. Well after a little digging with no result I continued with my playthrough. I had not even started Ghost Town at this point but once I did Bingo! After finished "Life During Wartime" I received a call from Wakako to start "Sinnerman" then I noticed a new gig icon on map in Westbrook. That new gig was "Family Heirloom" from Rouge not Wakako. After "Family Heirloom" the trophy "Little Tokyo" unlocked. Not sure if Sinnerman is required because it was not a gig that showed up on the map and started by phone call from Wakako. According to a website the mission "Family Heirloom" requirements are complete "Ghost Town" and 35+ street credit.
