I just noticed that when I shoot yellow targets when they are down or kill yellow targets I am having money deducted from my bank account. Not much. It varies between 1-16 but it also means I am only receiving XP when killing bounties. Same thing when killing targets in the crime in progress events. I believe this just started with patch 2.01.
I do get the money reward when finishing the crime in progress events. Just not individual kills and I am having small amounts of money deducted.
