Basically coming across a TON of minor glitches with NPC's.
For example people will walk around and gesture with a pistol stuck to their hand (but they're not wielding it, it's just kind of "attached").
Characters with pads and phones will have those items disappear when they move slightly or gesture, only to have them reappear shortly after.
Lots of characters rotating in place (especially people sleeping on the street).
