Max intelligence stat required

What is the max intelligence stat lvl have you seen required in the game? In dialog or other place? I want to re balance some build but don't know how much points I can spare from intelligence.

If I remember, the high as far as I know are :
- 18 to hacking a computer to get the code for the door (you can force it with Body skill anyway or hack the keypad easily) > Gig: Psychofan (Padre)
- 18 for an access point on the roof > Gig: Guinea Pigs (Dino)

I don't remember anything who require more than 18.

I'm pretty sure it's 17 for Psychofan.

As for the other attributes and unlocking all dialogue options:
body: 13
reflexes: 9
technical: 16
cool: 13
