I can get one shot from full health, just one shot or even one punch and I was dead. At first I thought it was about a scaling bug or armor bug or something, I even created a topic here, people suggested me that I have way too low armor and hp.

It turns out I was not the only one having this problem. But some genius from reddit find the solution. Apparently problem was Microgenerator Cyberware and Shock N Awe implants. They basically broken and kills you, if your enemy is close to you then those electrical discharge reflects on you and kills you, if you are close to a wall then again it reflects from that wall and kills you. If you are in a small room or someone punches you those implants are killing you.
I removed those implants and everything went back to normal.
