(Minor Spoilers) Space Oddity Quest Bug And Forgetting to undo render for a room

So after i was doing quest in order of closest not following the quest to the end, i got to space oddity quest , got the expensive item and then i thought it was done , later i saw that the next step for the quest was "Talk to Johnny" and it was marking the waypoint to the night city hall was up on the top where it was innacessible , so i used a Trainer to get up there , surprise no Johnny and while i was there i found out the room where we watch the BD for Rhyne's murder is still there , with Rhyne and another bodyguard full rendered eating up a bit of the performance , they just stand there and even if i shot them with tech weapon , no police wanted level .
