When I get to the power station and have to shoot the drones down I only have time to shot one drone out of the four before i get two shot, there is no chance to dodge/mitigate any of the incoming damage, 2 bullets ded...
gig: desperate measures car chase shoot part is annoying as hell too, it sumarizes what's been said already, npcs are bullet sponges and 2 tap the player with intended armor for its level... poor design.
difficulty is not only a matter of making the enemies hit harder and being tougher.
