My mouth is covering the top of the first person view

+
I've just reinstalled the game and for some reason as soon as I take out a weapon part of the mouth mesh shows up, covering up the top part of my view.
It goes away when I get in a vehicle or start to operate a computer. Everything is still ok when I get out of the vehicle empty handed. Then I unholster a weapon and boom, shark hat.

Windows 10, 5120x1440, RTX3080, geforce 551.86.

You just reinstalled the game, so it mean you played it before.
If so, did you ever used mods?
If yes and didn't perform clean install (like in the link bellow), it might be due to some remaining mod data in the game files and/or in the save files (if you used an old save).
So if yes, you might try to perform a clean install of the game :

It was a long time ago and I can't remember if I used mods... I started a new game and all seems fine even with a gun in my hand so I guess the savegame is borked. But I found a workaround: right after getting out of a vehicle and seeing the glitch quick save, quick load and its gone until the next time I get out of a vehicle. Easy enough! Thanks for the help. :)

It's also possible it can be "only" because the save is (very) old (like on a save created before 1.6 or 1.5).

If your save is from prior to Phantom Liberty's release and version 2.0, I'd strongly suggest starting over regardless having found a workaround to this bug. The game changed tremendously and chances are you will run into many, many bugs. Some of which will stop your progression. CDPR themselves recommended starting over with 2.0.

Oh, well, I'm 38 hours in so I don't think I'll start over... I guess I'll try to hack my way out of glitches. :)
