My new desk top keeps crashing on cyberpunk

I just got a 4070 super and its been 5 days and cyberpunk is crashing it every day now. Not sure why. Maybe it's mods? This is a brand new cpu with every driver and application updated.

Could mods be doing this? Playing the game at 60 fps and it just freezes and I'm forced to hard reset it or wait it out. It may start to work again or may not. Or it may force the screen black and restart the computer all by itself....

What's going on here? This computer is brand spanking new!

It‘s possible that mods crash a game, yes (and some of them will be baked into your save games, so removing mods won’t necessarily fix an issue). Then again, with new hardware there could be other reasons too, so it’s hard to tell with little information.

You could also try slightly older gpu drivers. Sometimes new gpu drivers can be less stable in some situation.

Is it a completely new setup or are you using things from your old PC (bio, harddrive and so on…)?
