"Never fade away" loading bug

While trying to load the savefile with the mission in progress (either to continue after a death or to just start the game, both manual and autosave) the game just doesn't load. It's stuck on a black screen and i have to re-launch the game to do anything. Any fix or suggestion? (apart from loading another save or unplugging the console and trying again, both of which i already did)
