Hi, this is happening to me since 2.0.
Whenever I consume Health/RAM/Stamina items and drinks/food, my selected Health-Recovery item disappears from the slot or gets switched with something irrelevant (like clothing items).
Then I have to reassign a health recovery item again.

"There's this annoying bug since version 2.0 where health items like "Bounce Back" and "Maxdoc" disappear from the "Quick Access" in your inventory -- and you often only realize it when you hit the assigned hotkey and nothing happens."
I will try to make screenshots and post them.
Please fix that CDPR. I didn't see that in the 2.2 patch notes.
