New season stealed event items

Ok so hi again, i am new, i hope now i writed this in right forum panel.. not like before random switch to 2077...

so with this season i lost 2 out of 3 withcer event items - border and icon... so what to do now?
there is screen also

As above, they were working on it; however, yesterday, I also noticed the ornaments missing on my account, so that fix must still be in the works.
