NK deck - second field medic?

NK deck - second field medic?

I've noticed that most of my opponents with NK decks have two Field Medics in their decks, and with Foltest leader ability can summon third one.
Now, I have only one Field Medic, but what puzzles me is that I can't craft second. Here are screenshot of Card Collection with filters "Northern Kingdoms" and "Not in deck" applied and screenshot of my NK deck:

Is it unavailable to craft for everyone?

well if you have the not in deck filter applied and you have one in your deck ya its not going to show up on the list. I crafted a second field medic last night no problem.

no problem. I find their interface is a bit clunky. like when the filter menu is up even though you can still see all the cards clearly you can't interact with any of them unless you close the filter menu
