With the new patch 2.1/2.11 basically where there was gangs that battled it out are no longer. Car chasses never happen or the gangs coming after you. In spots where there was a gang fight now, they just stand there looking at each other. It's very empty with hostel NPCs around the city now. Can we please get the gang wars back and more fights outside of just the limited missions?
Seems like where they use to be highly active now it's just empty, no shoot outs with the NCPD are even happening.
