Shortcut for overclock mode is the same than for "normal" cyberware commands. Thus overclock mode is automatically engaged, even when it's not necessary (when enough RAM to run command in normal mode left).
Shortcut for overclocking mode should be separated from "normal" cyberware command to left the player the choice to use it or not.
