Phantom liberty - Herold vendor shop - not all iconic gun is there

Hello.

I'm trying to gather some understanding from different sources such as Youtube, reddits and so on, but all of them being an vague answer. it seems to me that Herold in phantom liberty in dogtow vendor shop doesn't sell all the iconic weapons as advertised. it's currently bugged or something of an requirement i missed? trying to get my hand on Doom-Doom since Dum-Dum doesn't drop it for some reason in ''Second conflict'' quest. Even killing Dum-Dum in ''The Pickup'' doesn't seem to spawn a Doom-Doom in the vendor shop in dogtow.

i don't know what to do.

As far as I know, nope he doesn't sell all the iconics, no idea the exact list of iconic available (depending if you missed them or not). For example, I don't think you can get Overwatch (Panam's sniper rifle) on this shop.
Not sure if the list here is reliable :

Strange. I just visisted the link and i can see ''Doom-Doom'' is there in the list, but somehow not visible in the shop screen. i can only assume it is bugged. i made sure to leave Royce and Dum-Dum alive in the ''the pickup'' quest. Not sure if killing brick does any difference or at least something as Royce and Dum-dum was there in ''second conflict'' quest both being alive.

Could be a bug
If you met (and killed) Dum Dum during second conflict, his gun should have been on/in corpse.
The "fate" of Brick doesn't matter if you side with Maelstrom during the pick-up

a ps5. i have seen Reddit thread that it was necessary to let Dum-Dum shoot your character V a few times to ensure that Dum-Dum has fully drawn out his Doom Doom weapon all the way out and fire a few rounds at your V before your V kills Dum-Dum. Killing Dum-Dum before he get any chance to draw his iconic gun will often result in him dropping other revolver types.

testing this by allowing dum dum to shoot my character V a few times still didnt make him drop it.

i don't know what to do.

Not much you can do on console
At least, you can directly contact the support ("contact us" button).
Either for help, either to help CDPR to fix this bug in the very last update.

On my 1st playthrough of the game I went to the vendor and dum dums gun wasn't there I killed the other guy and got his gun so was hoping I could get dum dums but left disappointed.
