Please HELP!! BODY BUG. WHILE OPENING THE "INVENTORY" MENU HELP!!!

When I Open the menu and open the "Inventory" my Body starts to shrink, Specialy the shoulders , Gets worse when I hold a Weapon and open the inventory Menu then the legs also start to shrink . Any fix for this ?! HELP
I reinstalled the game deleted the save . started a new game and still the same . please help . I made a mistake I was trying to do the "Athletic glitch" with the mantis Blades , which I regret!!!! I'm very sorry, love the game and was stupid to do this , no my body is glitching in the inventory . please help I don't know what to do anymore .

I think I can't , I'm on Xbox, I'm redownloading the game again, first I Deleted my save file from The console and cloud then deleted the game then reseted my console to factory setings and now I'm redownloading the game again .
