Please simplify/uniform card description, e.g. Caranthir

Please simplify the card descriptions, I am confused by a lot of terms. One example, I just lost a game due to misunderstanding "Caranthir" --> apply frost to the row but he didn't apply because I already used all of my Bitter Frost cards. Why don't you change the word "apply" to "summon"? This is just one of many many confusing descriptions.

I am not sure if this is an existing bug or just a visual bug but Caranthir didnt apply frost once while the other times he did, even all of my frost weather card were used. I just saw a weird bug is Rag nar Rog only takes effect in two rows instead of three (probably visual bug)
