Premiums not "sparkling" in the deck builder

Title. I saw in the patch overview video that premium cards in a deck had their "sparkling" effect, but even after a Verify/Repair my game lacks that feature.
Already reported it with a screenshot but I thought I'd also post a thread as I doubt I'm the only one with this bug.

Hardly an issue -- it's a mere visual thing -- but still. I like my pretties.

Pretty much what the title says. When looking at the decks in deck builder, the list isn't showing which cards you picked for the decks are premium. For instance in the screenshot below , I have tainted ale, glustyworp, kayran and both slyzards premium versions in the deck but it is not indicating that they are so leading to confusion as to which cards are premium and which are not.
