So, I discovered the "Gig" after roaming around Northside, and when I passed by the location I received Regina's text message related to it. It needs to be said that this was before I got the call from Regina which starts the quest "Psycho Killer" after V leaves Misty's place to meet Deshawn. After starting the "Psycho Killer" quest, I returned to the "Gig" to deal with the psycho, but I didn't receive the usual phone call from Regina, telling me to keep the psycho alive. Anyway, I incapacitate the psycho, but the "Psycho Killer" quest doesn't record the progress and stays at 0/17. I'm guessing that discovering the "Gig" before starting the "Pscyho Killer" quest bugs the quest's progress in a way that it can't be completed.
