PS4 Pro - Queen Of The Highway -JOB Lost all L1 functionality after job completion

With Gimme Danger and Disasterpiece as my Main Jobs. I started and completed the Queen of The Highway Job. During the walk with Panam and completion of the job i lost all hold and tap L1 functionality. HUD was missing. went and started Gimme Danger. I could see the scanned items but no HUD and no functionality. Quit to title did not fix this issue. Had to close app and reboot the game for L1 HUD/scanner functionality to resume to be able to continue the Gimme Danger main mission

I'm having this exact problem, I've restarted the quest 3 times in it's entirety and still get the scanner bugging out and being unable to use it; quite literally game-breaking as now I can't perform true stealth/hacking
