Help request chooms, I can’t get into garage for Megabuilding H10

As it saying in the heading, I can’t get into V’s garage. I’m pretty far into the play through, like 150 hours far, and I’m trying to buy all the cars right now and I can’t get to the Mizutani Shion because all the doors to the garage are closed and don’t have any sort of prompt telling me how to open them. I’ve completed the “Human Nature” quest but haven’t finished the Delamain quest line. I can get into the first level via the elevator down the hall from V’s apartment door, the metal door for street entrance doesn’t work either, but I can’t go any further up once I’m in. Is this a bug? Or have I missed something? This is my first play through and I’m on PS4 ( likely the reason :’) fml) but any and all thoughts and help are welcome and appreciated chooms.

Very strange and not very common
On PS4, there is no much you can do, except clearing the cache.

Those shutters used to open by softly bumping into them with a car. Else, try walking up to them close for the "Open" option to appear, if not look straight towards its frame from up close, left or above or try scanning.

This shouldn't be an issue at all. Those shutters only served to temporary prevent V from going AWOL into the city where they should go home. At the time, the gate in front of V's pad is also closed.

I’ve tried the car thing and waking up to them too, unfortunately neither helped. And scans don’t pick up anything and anywhere I look doesn’t present me with “open” option prompt. It doesn’t even say they are locked, there’s just absolutely no interacting with them as far as I can tell. I’ve messed with it a good handful of times and all I ever get out of it is frustration. But I really appreciate your input, for real, thank you bro

I’ll try clearing the cache, I’ll have to figure out how first but that shouldn’t be too hard lol. It not being common especially on ps4 is an interesting little bit of info tho, I just I’m just special like that lol. I’ll try that and get back to you, I wouldn’t want to start over just because of this. But I hope it’s not something that will persist into future play throughs of the game. Thank you for the help and I really appreciate the quickness of it. (I could be wrong) But the look of your response makes me think you’re a team member of some sort so I’d like your supervisor to know that your prompt addressing of this speaks volumes on y’all’s PR skills in a very good way, so thanks a bunch. Nope just a player and member on the forum, maybe just a bit more active than other
After, on consoles, there is not much you can do unfortunately and as far as remember, it's not a bug I saw on the forum

Not sure it is related, but I noticed that after I up to rev 2.2 doors that I use to be able to just press up against and hit my use key (enter key in my case) no longer opens the doors. Now I must aim my hand icon at the open close lock on the doors and activate it that way. Sure it is more immersive but after doing it the other way for so long this new way now comes off as a nuisance. So maybe there is a different way now to open the gate in your situation?

Really strange. Hmm... Question. When you got out your apartment for the first time in Act 2, did you receive a message that your car was waiting for you in your garage? If so, did you get it first or did you went to Tom's diner to meet Goro Takemura first?

You can simply go around to get your Mizutani Shion. Want one of us to spill or do you want to find it yourself?

This may sound like a dumb question and i mean nothing by it, but are you sure you are going to the correct garage door? Everyone has those moments, myself encluded.
