Quest Bug: Bring Me the Head of Gustavo Orta

Hi, I'm having trouble with the quest Bring Me the Head of Gustavo Orta, more specifically, I cant withdraw the reward from the EXCHANGE POINT at the end of the quest, cause there is only the option to sell items. There is any way to complete it that didn't required a previous save?(which I do not have)

So on PC, "maybe/possibly" by using mods to "complete" the quest with commands, but I really don't know how to do it
Anyway, if you want, if it's not already done and if you don't use mods, you can report it to the support - "Contact Us" button (including your save file).
