Screen Space Reflections (SSR) on PS4

It seems like SSR are turned ON in the PS4 version of the game.
When I play on PC this setting gives me a 20-30% performance drop.
I don't understand how this setting was kept on for the PS4 version.
Maybe it is CPU bound ?
 
I'm with you. But for me it's less of a performance problem and more of an unbareable graphical defects problem.
I'm playing on base PS4 and SSR is the single most immersion breaking thing for me. The reflections basically translate to grain and fuzz. The pixels on my screen look like a glass of just poured Coca Cola!!
 
Well, hell yes. Sometimes, in some interiors I can really see what's that intended to look like, sort of "seeing between the lines", but in 90% of my experiences, it actually looks like a poured Coca-Cola.
Really curious how far they will go in patching the performance and bugs in the future (110 hours in).

I have the same problem as them and the forum is full of messages about the horrible grainy SSR on ps4, by the way the problem is still not solved after five patches, thanks for nothing cdprojeck, by the way you should inform yourself before writing absurd comments
