I think to have a bug in the story.
Quest: "With a little help from my friends" - Meeting with Soul:
- I stand in front of him but nothing happens

I played some others quests but as I was shooted I was at Soul again and lost 2 Levels. Will check it out tomorrow again...
Used a Savepoint and now its ok. Lost some Levels more but shit happens
